A mixture of Atlanta and New York natives, Team Live Local is a diverse bunch that has served the metro Atlanta area for over a decade. Each member shares the same goal of making transactions as simple and easy for clients as possible. (That's one of the biggest compliments they've received over the years!)

Brian got his start in the business in 1999, relocating to Atlanta from South Florida almost 10 years later just in time for the downturn. Not only did he survive it—he thrived and picked up valuable skills that have made him an even better agent.
In 2015, when Brian had climbed the proverbial career ladder to team leader at his previous brokerage, Nicholas joined the company to balance out the many clients and tasks on Brian's plate. That same year, Tonya took the real estate world by storm with her passion for design and staging expertise.
Before Kelsey became licensed in 2015, she spent years working in administrative and operational roles. Her hands-on skills and natural savviness has been a huge benefit to the team. Together, Team Live Local considers themselves a genuine real estate family that embraces each member's strengths and utilizes them to their full potential.

Brian and Nicholas are all about practicing self-sustainability and even raise chickens! They are also well-versed in all things construction.
